Lump on Both Sides of Young Puppy Lower Jaw

Hello, We have a new puppy with this hard lump on each side of her lower jaw. The inside feels like a hard nodule, it doesn't seem to bother her, nothing on the inside of her mouth, we've had her for 9 weeks and they haven't changed all that much, might be a little softer. I have searched images all over the internet, asked friends with Labs and asked our vet, everyone seems a little stumped.
Has anyone seen these before?
