Sometimes checking individual airlines will get you good deals.

Check the destination airport sites to see all the airlines that fly into there and then check those airlines. Some of them aren't listed on expedia/travelocity/orbitz.

Southwest and Spirit are a couple of really cheap ones that are never on Expedia or sites like that. I'd check them out.
