Work with Sam is moving right along! My training partner took him out yesterday (I had to WORK :'(
and threw a live, bound duck for him. She said it took him a time or two to figure it out, but then he began bringing it back and delivering to hand. She said he has a "nice" mouth. No damage at all, and hardly any spit!!

We're thinking of entering a junior hunt test in D'Hanis on the 14th of April. D'Hanis is down by San Antonio in Texas, for those who might not know. If we do, it will be our first! She swears he will be more than ready and that I will be too. Him, yes.......me??????

Good luck with the test! Those first hunt tests and passes, you will never forget. Two years ago, I ran in ohio and still remember the day it was and the exact setup of the test :)
