I have been reading all the posts recently regarding food brands, etc. and I'd like everyones opinion on how long to feed a puppy formula. My puppy will be coming to me ( April 7th yeah!!) eating Eagle pack puppy food, but I am leaning toward Diamond Naturals LBP or Nutro Natural as the Eagle pack 2nd listed ingredient is corn meal, and based on what I've been reading I would prefer less filler. Anyway-
I have heard different opinons regarding the length of time to feed LBP food some say 1 yr, others have said no longer than 4 months. What is your opinion? Thanks!

There is nothing wrong with corn meal. Eagle is a very good food. MUCH better than Nutro. What does your breeder suggest? Follow their instruction.

I agree with labby. I would assume your breeder has a reason for chosing the food they're feeding...ask them
