The best way is to upload your photo on a free hosting website, such as Photobucket. Then underneath the picture once it's uploaded should be a code that looks like this without the spaces or "


["img"] h t tP://photobucket. blahblah. jpg[/"img"]

Copy and paste that into your post or comment and it should work!
