How the hell do you hollow out your tomatoes to stuff them with tuna?
I tried this morning and as I tried to scoop out the inside, the outside was crushing in. I ended up just cutting the **** thing up and mixing it in with the tuna. Which is DELICIOUS by the way. :)

You're funny! You have to be gentle. Actually, though, the first day I used a plum tomato, they are meatier and hold up better. Yesterday I used a regular tomato and yes, it was messier. I had to cut it in half. Isn't it good, though. I think that's my new favorite lunch for now. Did you have hot peppers with it? Yummy. And a few drops of hot sauce on top of the tuna!

I thought abuot cutting it in half! I should have, that would have been much easier. :) Nooooooo, I don't do hot stuff! Just the tuna and tomato.

Dill relish? No, but have you ever tried chopped apples? The best I've ever had!!
