UPDATE: HE'S SAFE AND SOUND.


Mom called a bit ago... Jack somehow got out of her fenced in backyard and they are out looking for him.

He has a micro-chip and a collar with a tag with my phone number on it.

I can't blame her... the yard is pretty well fenced in, the only thing we can think of is that some snow built up in part of it and he must have seen something and gotten out to chase or something.

I'll keep you guys posted. I hope he doesn't get hurt.

How well does he know your mom's neighborhood?

Mmmm.... not great. They go on a pretty specific route when walking to get to the bike trail. Not like my neighborhood where we have been down every possible street a million times and he knows exactly which ones take him closer to the baseball diamond. And with all the snow they got this week... I don't think he's been out that much in it... they rely more on the backyard and stuff when there is a lot of snow.
