I got a call from my son's middle school earlier today. He's been selected by the Parent/Teacher's Association to win the 2009 Technology & Leadership award at his Middle School. He'll win the award and a savings bond.

But they don't want him to know about it until his 8th grade graduation on June 25th. So I have to keep it a secret from him for a whole month!

I'm so proud of him!!!

What did he do?

He was captain of the school's competition FIRST Lego League robotics team, he's a member of the tech team and the robotics club, he does the lighting & sound at all the school events...a bunch of things like that.
