I have not been since Nov. I had made a WW recipe and dif have the fat free cheese. I was worried about my points so I went to the gym. I worked up a sweat that is for sure. The machine kept saying I was at my cardio max. I think it was wrong way to comfortable so I threw a towel over the readings. I just did what I thought was good sweating not out of breath though.

Good for you!!! Remember how it felt to be finished next time you feel tired and too cranky to go to the gym. That's what I'm trying to do.

Nathan, that is funny. I am tired and cranky every morning...that is prolly why I am working out 6 days a week. ;)
