Did a google search for you mate! Here's what I found. This one seems to be really good, I may have to download it myself and try it! It seems pretty user friendly as well. I have Photoshop and Paintshop Pro myself. (Shane and his friends are computer geeks so I just find this stuff added to my pc for my use and am told to USE IT OR ELSE)

There's a lot of features in there, and might be more than what you're after, but its worth a look all the same.
