It's been 4 weeks of crazyness around here. I feel like I've lived in the middle of a soap opera. The painters were from Guatamala and the owner of the company got a DUI the second day he worked for me. None of his men speak English but were polite, clean, and worked unbelievably hard. The house is painted, all repairs done; all I have to do is finish cleaning out the furnace room which should be done tomorrow.

Now the fun starts. Because of Nellie I'm going to have to work evenings so I can remove her from the house whenever someone comes to look at it. Oh La. Should be interesting.

Aren't homes shown the most in the evenings.... when folks are off from work?

Around here evening viewings are rare. I guess if Chico's doesn't like my schedule I'll quite or take a leave of absence till I get to California.
