So, I went in to the gym a little later today because I scheduled an appointment with a trainer to evaluate and add to what I am doing.

The evaluation went well. Trainer started me on some resistance training...not with weights, with my body weight. Every other day she planned out some exercise to do with the stability ball and stuff...like push ups and squats in place of 20 minutes of cardio. So, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I'll do straight cardio (30 treadmill, 10 bike, 10 eliptical), and on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, I'll do resistance and some cardio (in some combo)...

Let me tell you, MY LEGS HURT right now...she kicked my butt today. Where I hurt I was completely unaware of having muscles.
