Three applications.
One we got your materials letter, we will review and call.
And two requests for interviews.
One Monday afternoon, one Tuesday morning.

My right hand is in a cast. My left arm has a broken radial head. What should I wear? I can't tie a tie . My suit coats don't fit over the cast

Can I get by with polo shirts?

One is a theater production manager position. I think a dark polo will work,
The other is a building manager position but they are looking for an HVAC tech who can coordinate building services. I am trying to convince them they need a building manager who can operate an HVAC system.

First impressions are important. What to do?

Good luck on your interviews. Under the circumstance of your arms. I'd have your wife dress you & the polo shirt should be fine. :)

Andy if you can get a short sleeve dress shirt on and buttoned with a tie your wife ties for you or a clip on with a nice pair of Dockers go with that. Or else a high end polo shirt preferably in the logo color of the theatre. Example our local PAC is maroon and silver. I always see the employees from the Ex. Dir. on down in maroon polos. If you can focus on their color it will show that you have done some homework. What I think is more important is that you act casual and not dwell on your injuries. Go in with a smile, prepare some questions and show them you are ready for a change. Good luck to you.

Best of luck in the interviews. I am sure that given the arm in a cast the interviewer will cut you alot of slack on this one. I think I would go with a dressy as possible and I think a polo would be fine.

Main thing will be your interest in the company and showing you are a good fit for them! I bet you do great.

I will all be sending up good thoughts, prayers and blessings for you! As long as you present a professional image, which starts on the "inside", I think you will do fine. The interviewers are going to understand your wardrobe options are limited while in the cast. Relax and put your best foot forward. You can show them that they just have to have you on their team. Good Luck!!

Just don't go naked, and you will dazzle them with your brilliance or baffle them with your BS, which ever, good luck and I'll say a prayer for your success.
