Nope, this uterus is closed for business. I have my 2 beautiful wee girls, and in order to keep them in the lifestyle to which they've become accustomed, 2 will be our limit. =)

Buggy, horse & buggy. Like the rest of the Amish have.

Don't go Amish - just join the rest of us "Luddites" who reached their abiility to learn new stuff about 3 TV remotes ago!

Steve's "Man-Land" in the family room has too many "Star Trek" remotes.
We have a stupid "Universal" remote, plus...
a remote for the tv
a remote for the dish
a remote for the digital HD cable thing-y
a remote for the surrond stereo jobb-y

I just hit the POWER button on the tv & hope something good is on that channel.

The tv in the bedroom is my speed, 1 remote for the digital cabble/tv combo. Small & easy.

LOL. That sounds like our house.
1 for the tv
1 for the cable
1 for the DVD
1 for the surround sound

You should see the universal remote he has but hasn't programmed. I think it has at least 40 buttons. All I want is to turn the **** tv on without being confused.

Good luck trying to figure out how to watch a movie. SU has to be home for us to use the DVD on the big tv.

if I didn't have SU to do the tech stuff, I would seriously have
no tv
no cable
no internet
no cellphone
no landline
I probably would be pretty happy with a low tech life....wait, no, except the internet.
a buggy and internet and I would be happy

OMG - that sounds just like me - it's hard to imagine that just 15 years ago I was an independent, single girl doing just fine on my own - it's amazing how much technology has progressed since then. Now I can't even play a DVD

I share your pain. That is what brothers are for IMHO or with the last phone none of us could figure out. I called the tech guys in I.T. at work that I dealt with when I was on our computer conversion test team. In exchange for sending the cell phone over with a batch of home baked cookies on the morning run with the courier it was delivered the 4 miles back to my office completely program and step by step instruction on operation with it shortly after lunch.

go low tech you'll like it better.

Compared to the rest of the country I'm fairly low tech. I still enjoy the internet but could live a very happy life without cell phones, TV, Black berries, air cards and ABS brakes.
