Went to the store, came home, got out the mixing bowl and made some homemade peanut butter dog treats this afternoon. I am tempted to taste them -but that's okay. The dogs have given them their seal of approval. Did the house ever smell. It was funny. My husband came in from the yard and took one look at them. I could see the wheels turning out of the side of his head. I just know he was thinking, gee those don't look like your usual cookies but hey if it's a cookie I'll have one after supper. I'm not picky. I debated telling him they were for the dogs.

And for those of you who are wondering,

Oh my the toilet. I could be 150 yrs old and will never ever ever forget that night.

I wonder where that post would be? Any ideas? That one is always good for a laugh and soda or a glass of wine all over the screen.

Don't you think it was nice of me to tell him.

I was tempted but those things are hard and we have enough bills without adding the dentist to our list these days.

Well at least you told him, a co-worker one time had me try her homemade molasses oatmeat cookies. Well, they were not the best I ever ate, but I choked it down. Then she asked my my honest opinion since I cook a lot. Trying not to hurt her feelings to bad, but also being honest I told her they needed a little more sugar and baking powder.

She broke down laughing and told me how nice a guy I was for eating it all so not to hurt her feelings, they were homemade horse treats. ;D

At least you saw him eye them and told him. It was have been pretty funny if he had gotten to them before you had a chance to say something.

I would like to hear the toilet story too!
