I have three Labradors, and an old Australian Cattle Dog mix that we rescued over 13 years ago. Next is my chocolate, he is 6 years old, neutered, he was a show prospect, but has elbow and hip dysplasia, and numerous allergies. He has the greatest temperament, a true testament to the breed. Then there is my black girl, she is 2.5 years old, she shows in conformation, and we are planning a Spring litter with her. She has all her health clearances, (Hips, elbows, CERF, Optigen, and a color Doppler echo-cardiogram). My youngest, she is chocolate, also shows and is starting her field training, and is just 9 months old now. I am fairly new to the breed, and have so much fun with my dogs! I do all of my own handling, showing and training.

I joined the original JL, but didn't post much, so I thought I would introduce myself, I see a lot of familiar people posting here!

Thanks for the welcome Julie!! I can't wait to see you again either, and the hunky Monty too. I love this show, it's like a party, all of my favorite people are usually there! Do you know if the Bannisters are coming?

They're trying to find someone to give at least one of their Monty puppies (almost 13 months old now!) a ride (in which case I told them I would show them), but alas, I don't have the room in my little car. They won't be there, unfortunately... but are going to be swinging through MD for Potomac on their way back to Canada during their big "US Resident Finale." I'm sure going to miss them...what wonderful people!
