I was thinking about that while I was making it, and what a great salad to take for summer bbq's- and thanks again for sharing!Mmmmm, I'll try asparagus next time. Glad it went over well. I just asked about it in the what's for dinner thread. =) I have done the artichoke hearts before, also sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers & avocado, but not all together. It's very versatile.
