Moses is about the same age, and he does seem higher in the back. I think it's just a growth issue.

Lola seems to be high in her back legs, has anyone ever noticed this, is it because she is growing...she is a little over 3 months old, or am I just looking at her too much

Yup, and thats when I switch to Adult food. I like to see my puppies grow evenly.
Think about it this way, if the rear is higher than front for even one day, thats like your child having one leg longer than the other for a week...something is out of alignment then.

It's very, very common in our growing horses to be high in the rear, for long periods of time. I know Daisy was rear high for a bit, but has evened out. I'm not a breeder and very inexperienced with Labradors, but I personally would not worry.
My vet and breeder have always told me that is how puppies grow - they will be shoulder high, then they will be butt high and it will go back and forth until they are done growing "tall", It is normal for them.
