I have been getting into researching the Labradors from the past who have made such an impact on so many breeding programs throughout the decades.
I thought it might be fun to post a thread to honor them. Choose a Lab who you feel put their own special stamp on the Labrador standard. A picture of the dog/***** would be great. Include what it is about that particular Lab that you find to be so appealing ,add which former greats you would love to have in your kennel today and name the qualities in that Lab that proved to be so timeless.

Anyone interested for a walk down the Labby Hollywood Blvd? Who should get a star? You decide.

Kupros Master Mariner is behind a lot of nice labs (including mine)

I only have a head shot of him - does anyone have any body pictures?

Hmm he is a nice boy. Thank you so much for the picture. I can see some similarities between him and one of my girls.

Bolo was truly an amazing dog considering all he had been through in his past. And Lady Howe was his savior. One of my favorite dog world stories. I have that book here on my nightstand for reading this summer. I'm looking forward to it.

Thanks for posting that link so others can be inspired also

Also google Bolo pads for some interesting info
