I like how Meredith is finally, finally getting it with Derek. He is a mess, handsome mess but a mess all the same. I hope Christina can help Izzy through this, it's such a sad thing, she is so compassionate. I thought it was so funny how Dr. Bailey called the chiefs wife on him!!! Too funny, I just love Bailey.

Another thing about the ring.. even in his current state he was STILL packing it around in his pocket.

Maybe Meredith gives him time to cool off, but she doesn't leave for good. Not after the patient said "We don't leave the people we love alone."
