I'm in the lowest priority group because of age but an article in our paper said there was enough vaccine so that everyone was eligible to get it now.

The Topeka/Shawnee County Health Dept. got in another shipment of almost 2,000 doses and offered it to everyone at 3 PM today, 1st come, 1st served, until supplies ran out.

I got there at 3:30 and the parking lot was crammed. Our line moved slowly forward for 75 minutes until I finally got my 5" shot. A few months earlier, I had the normal flu vaccination and, from what was being said then, doubted that I'd have any chance of getting the H1N1, too.

Was very happy to get it. :)

That's good news Bob!

We were both priority groups. I'm pretty thankful for that as we are both sick-it eases the mind to know it's likely not H1N1.

Although I just accidentally rubbed Vicks vapo rub in my eye. That's not a good idea.

(Can't take anything, I'm pregnant. Am so congested that I can't smell the vaporub (menthol and camphor).
