I just know you will have the answer to this! :)

How long and at what temperature should I cook a 4 lb/bone in pork roast for? In an oven roaster, in the oven (of course!)

I would like it to be kind of "stringy" if you know what I mean....

If you mean as is falling apart, 3-4 hours at a fairly low temp of around 275-325 should get you right where you want.

lol! Yes, I guess 'falling apart' would be a better way to word it. ;D
