Okay, the pain management specialist looked at Gabby today. This woman is amazing- she is a vet, is a pioneer in the field of pain management for animals and is one of the few animal and human chiropractors.

She looked at the x-rays and said, yes, she has HD, but it is so minor that it shouldn't cause problems. Ie, we shouldn't see any pain from it.

She gave Gabby a chirorpractic work up just to make sure we weren't missing anything. Sure enough- Gabs had managed to get everything all out of whack in her lower back. Everything got adjusted and she's starting to move better!

We're going to start to wean her off the NSAIDs. We go back in a month for another adjustment.

Great news. You must be so relieved. I hope Gabby continues to move well - painfree.
