Hoping everyone came out OK yesterday and last night, I was up till 1 pm CDT doing stuff and keeping an eye on the radar and warnings. Nasty night, I hope everyone is OK.

Of course if you did get any pictures of the storms I'd like to see them.;)

all good here. i did take a few pics of the sky but have not even looked at them yet. really just dark cloud with light coming through. i was blessed and got only the outskirts of the storm.....some were not as fortunate. i think the hail came down about 3 times within 10 minute intervals. very interesting night. i'll look at the sky pics in a bit; but they are nothing more than pretty sky pics.

Live about 30 miles south of Atlanta. Nothing like coming out of a restaraunt and hearing the sirens going off. We had a system with some "circular" motion in it just south of us.

What she said.

I was actually on the road from Louisville going back home for Easter weekend, but fortunately they all stayed to the south of me. One of the radio stations had continuous weather coverage from a local news station, and the closest any tornado producing storm was two counties south.

Thanks for the concern though.

Around here when that stuff hits all the radio and TV goes into that mode, pisses some folks off, but who cares. They can watch the show when it reruns.

Yeah, there are people here that really complain, but I love it. And when you're on the road, it's essential. I'd rather know if I'm driving into a tornado instead of hearing music.

Most of the tv stations go to exclusive weather when there is a tornado warning, and there are 3 or 4 radio stations that carry the audio from the tv stations.

One thing I really like is I can get doppler radar on my phone, that way if I'm tryin' to sneak up on the backside of one, I can get a good idea if there is one bhind it sneaking up on me.:D
