Rusty had his first exposure to N TX snow today. He didn't like it at first but then decided that chasing Daddy in 5" of soft snow was good fun after all.

Of course Remi and Cappy are familiar with the somewhat rare snows that we have here and particularly enjoy "Fetching Frisbees" in it ...

And despite his stitches and health problems, Cappy still wants to run full speed, catch a Frisbee in mid-air and then shakechit out of it!

Whata boy!

Rusty is adorable! We brought Bauer home in March, and had a big snowstorm shortly after. He HATED it at first, and my husband had to shovel an area of the yard for him to poop in cuz he wouldn't go. He got used to it, and loves it now.

Rusty loves Carol and it's very mutual. I've never seen a pup that likes to snuggle up against someone as he does with her. She holds him like an infant child and he just buries his muzzle against her neck and ear. I've warned her that even though he's been neutered already ... I won't take kindly to the two of them doing any shenanigans behind my back! :nono:

Rusty is a little cutie. He and Carol are bonding - just like a Mama and her baby. That is so sweet. I use to cuddle both Coco and Abbey like that - they loved it. It just put a lump in my throat to see the pictures of Cappy and the frisbee. Bless his heart. Prayers and blessings to all of you. Enjoy the snow!!

That picture of Cappy is fabulous - it's great to see him showing such obvious joy. And I see that Rusty is fitting right in.

Oh, and BTW, please keep all that snow up your way. It's cold and miserable enough down here!
