EXCEL HELP PLEASE

Havin a beotch of a time with this stupid statement....

I need to calculate the number of days between the LOA and the RFL for each ID. If there is no corresponding RFL - Just "na"

My attempt

=IF(((A2=A3), IF(C2=LOA), IF(C3=RFL)), DateDiff(d,D2,D3),"NA"))

Here the data
ID Status Action Date
1 L LOA 28/03/2002
2 L LOA 31/08/2006
2 A RFL 09/11/2006
3 L LOA 28/04/2000
3 A RFL 05/06/2000
4 L LOA 21/09/2005
4 A RFL 28/03/2006
