Does anyone know of a book suitable for a five year old that explains/would prepare a child for the day when their dog has to be PTS? TIA

I bought one for my niece and nephew last year when they lost their dog. I will see if I can find what it was and email you. I should have gotten an extra copy so I wouldn't forget it.
