Does anyone use Shutterfly, I have a question

I have a lot of stuff on shutterfly but don't ordinarily use that site for downloading pics here.
Let me go have a peek at it to see if I can remember what to do... brb...

Okay. Here's how I do it. Just click your picture open, right click on the opened picture and select "properties". Copy and paste the URL here putting the [ img ] and [ / img ] things (without the spaces) before and after the URL.

Ok, thanks, I ain't that good with these things and could not figure it out.

Every time I try Photo-Bucket today, when I go to my albums I get this message that says I have trojans, spy-bots and virus and then it tries to down load a program. I exit as fast as I can. If it's not better Monday I'll have our IT guy have a look see. Myself I think it's tryin' to give me a social disease.

I've been on several other sites today and get nothin' like that, maybe I need a computor condom.

Glen, I use Picturetrail. It's free & very user friendly. I had used Shutterfly in the past but then I could not post pics on the forum anymore. I never tried Photobucket yet. You might want to try Picturetrail. It is very easy to copy the image URL & paste it right into the post. :happy:

I seem to remember that there were problems with JL and SHutterfly as my original account was with Shutterfly but I changed ! I thought it was incompatible with JL !

I haven't checked recently, Colin, but you're right. There were years when remote viewing was not allowed from Shutterfly. And even when we could get pictures to download (cross-load?) here, S/F tends to cut the tops off the images somehow.

I'm a PictureTrail fan Have been for years. I even pay for an account ($29.95 / year) just to be able to store tons of pics there.

Got a hold of my geek friend in Wisconsion over break, he tried Photo-bucket while we were on the phone and had no problems like you and I did Nancy.

Might try in a bit if customers slow down. I have so much there it would take me forever to tranfer.

I'm wondering if it's not just some marketing junk that Shutterfly got attached to in order for users to panic and buy their spyware... hmmmm...

Photo-bucket now seems fine, I'm uploading now. Wanted to post the photo's of our snow storm yesterday. Got busy with rodeo folks, folks needing closthes that were passin' through headed to an Old West banquit, plus folks in town for a antique gun show. Had 20-25 customers here for a bit. No one else in the store can help me, but my customers who know this stuff pitch in and help.
