Well, first in the Utility ring and Kodi NQ'd on the first exercise, gloves. Glove two and she did not rotate far enough and went for Glove one. I "ACK'ED" at her (totally on instinct) she stopped and I had to give another command for Glove two. Otherwise she did very well.

Without a pause we went directly into the Open ring and while she qualified, she ticked the broad jump and was laggy in the heel exercise. Otherwise though she did well. 193 as a score. The people here this weekend are top notch so, a 197 did not even place.

We are still so new to this that I am just finding out what she needs work on and what her attitude is. It was awfully hot in there this morning (or I was having another hot flash).

Wonderful Karen! For us, on signals, as I gave the come signal a dog barked in the rally ring behind us and he looked. There went Utility. Not a bad run either. Went down on his sit again. We would have been in the ribbons cause he had a really nice run going. I think I"m giving him until after national and if he does not start to put it together more he's done and I'll concentrate on Micah.
