Wow, 21 lbs. I believe that is almost half what my sucker weighs. I actually grunt when I hoist my saddle onto Gandy's back, LOL!

Does Simco still make saddles? I love, love, love my Simco. I believe it weighs about 35 pounds -- Arabian tree and round skirt, so that may make it lighter than some.

Labby, it looks like that saddle fits much better. Are you using a different pad too?

I know nothing about horses or saddles, but this is the poor horsey that someone was trying to scare or beat with a pool noodle, right. I think I would be pinning my ears too!
