Sully can go UP the basement stairs. :D

She's doing well in puppy class too, aside from being attacked by a terrier last night. I also was not pleased that the instructor had boarders (dogs she boards) out in the yard that were aggressively attacking the fence as we walked by to the building where class is. While for older dogs this would be a great distraction, for younger dogs I saw it become very stressful for them.

But she has passed all her test requirements so far. Her last test will be Sunday and will be a 10 second sit/stay!

Way to go Sully.
Wyatt will not/can not go up or down our stairs that go from the first floor (living room) to second floor (our bedroom). They are hard wood and he just slids and slips too much.
It's really getting old carrying him up and down and up and down. I'd guess he weighs about 30 pounds now.

I still carry her down and yes that IS getting old. Though the other night I was down here with the big dogs and left her up by herself. When I was headed back up I saw she had her two front feet down one step. So she was thinking about it :D

Oh - I forgot about that part! Last time I had a dog that did not know how to do stairs was when we lived in a 3rd floor walk up. Carrying her (6 month old collie lab cross) up and down got really old immediately.

11 days til we bring our new puppy home - I guess I better get used to carrying in and out again. :D

And Congrats to you and Sully! Good luck on the rest of the test.
