Gemini Dogs Sign

By Anna Lynn Sibal

The exuberance and the seemingly boundless energy that a Gemini dog displays almost never fails to endear him to his master and his master’s friends. He is a delightful and charming dog, always eager to please and entertain, and more than willing to bask in as much attention as he can get. The Gemini dog is a born show-off, a likely winner in dog shows and pageants.

This same exuberance and limitless energy so innate in the Gemini pooch, however, can prove to be a headache to his master. The Gemini dog can easily get restless and bored, and this makes him a magnet for trouble. If left to his own devices, his master might find that the Gemini dog has chewed a hole in an expensive rug, broken a vase, or gotten into a scrape with one of the other pets or with a neighbor’s dog.

The Gemini dog is a very intelligent and sensitive dog; he knows when he is in trouble and due for a punishment. He will try his best to get away with what he did by whining and making big and sad dog eyes at his master. If it works, he will be very affectionate, and if it does not, he will go and mope in a corner. After the Gemini dog is done sulking, though, he will be at his most charming self and try to win back his master’s regard for him.

Also, the Gemini dog thrives on excitement and new environments. He loves rides in the car and runs in the park. He adores going with his master on visits to friends. He goes ecstatic at the thought of spending the night away from home – on a camping trip or an overnight stay at a friend. Although the Gemini dog would give anything to be on the go all the time, his master should not indulge his pet too much on this, because in the long run, the Gemini dog would not want to go home anymore.

This summer, the Gemini dog may find himself surrounded by a lot of female canine friends, and not all of those friends may have just friendship in mind. Whether the Gemini dog will rebuff these girls’ attentions or not is really up to him, but his master can almost expect the fickle Gemini pooch to play along with every one of these female dogs and break a few hearts as the summer passes.

The question of whether the Gemini dog will settle for a specific girl dog or not will be answered when the autumn season sets. For all his pickiness, the Gemini dog is a loyal mate once he has set his heart on a particular girl. Who knows? Puppies may be part of the next year’s new joys.
The autumn season will not only bring hints of possible puppies along the way, but also the cold. As the cold weather sets in, the Gemini dog may show an increased appetite for food, even more than what he already usually shows so eagerly. His master should take care to feed him small portions at a time, no matter how many in a day, in order to avoid the Gemini pooch having indigestion or a sour stomach.

Flynn must be a Gemini, too, except for the "eager to please" part. I guess maybe he's just a gem. :)

Oh Jake is very eager to please. Too much so at times. The "distractable" portion is so him too. Jakey has ADD, but then so do I, so we're a good match. ;) I at least understand him.
