It has been like pulling teeth to get weight off Badger....probably because we can't do any vigorous exercise with him. He's on a reduced calorie food, and we do a little retrieving with him and walks, but neither are really what I would call exercise. They really are just to get him up and moving around some.

He has been able to go in the playgroups at daycare since his neutering, and he's a little active there. So all that added up is finally beginning to show some progress.

Today he weighed 85.4 lbs which is a total loss of 6.1 lbs!! TA-DA! :whoo: :rockon: :clap2: :dance:

Badger, boy, I'm pretty happy for you, pal!
Way to go Nancy and Bill, that is not always an easy feat. Badger is lucky he got to come and join Team 4 Dawg Flite! :)

WTG Badger. I hear you. It is so hard loosing weight and not being able to eat all that yummy food. But it is for our own good.

Congratulations - that is great news! I am trying to get some weight off Sedona and her baby sister Keegan is helping for sure. Keep up the good work.
