I was determined to ride today, even though it's been one t-storm after the next. But the sun popped out around 1:00 and I ran to the barn and tacked up.
Lo and behold I could NOT get on her myself, Arrgggghh. I really need to work on my legs. But I dragged out the step ladder and got on board and we had a nice ride. She's a tad barn sour and stiff with her neck reining and bending, but I'm a tad stiff myself... so we'll just work on things a little at a time.

Bridle = ebay!!

Helmet -- I'm notorious for no helmet, can't stand them, get foul headaches. Of course the alternative could also be a deadly headache, but that's my choice. I've never worn one.

Toby has a black nylon bridle with southwest (read: Native) design. All his stuff is black or green or has Native design.
