Another thread to annoy the JL boys

Alright, girls. Do you have long legs or short legs? Can you waltz into a department store and try on a pair of slacks that are just the right length? Do you have to see Omar about adding three feet to the hem or see a dwarf tailor about whacking off three feet of length?

I have a very good relationship with my dwarf tailor, if you get my drift.

dwarf tailor needed here!! I HATE shopping for slacks or any type!
I have short legs, I buy petites, they are the perfect length.
I"m 5'5" and yet i have long legs, made worse by usually wearing a heel of some sort so i have to buy pants in a 0L

Not easy to find, i gotta say.
um...I think I have long legs considering that I'm Asian and only 5'3".
If I buy petite, then no hem work need be done.

Jeans length (non-petite) are the right length.

Nance, from the pics I've seen of you, it seems you would have really long slender legs. :)
I am 5'6" and usually don't have a problem getting pants the right length. Some styles, though, are just too long. I don't like the hem of my pants dragging the floor or walking on them(which seems to be all the rage right now.)

I have to buy or order from somewhere that carries Talls. I can't just walk in and find pants or jeans...they have to be at least a 34" inseam.
James.. you're the ****
i am very lanky and have always been. i use to have model type legs (got a ton of compliments from men and women) until i went away to college and gained some weight. i can still get away with ordering regular length jeans or just rolling the waist one or two times to make sure they aren't dragging the floor.
Petites usually do the trick. I have visited the little boys section for blue jeans on more than one occasion.
I'm also really bored and need to get the hell out of here.... :p
I need at least 34's...long legs here. :)
My legs are perfect; they go all the way to the floor.

::) I knew I disliked you for a reason. Gawd girl! A ZERO?

Add me to the list of short-legged chicks. I either buy petites or have to have some cut off.
Short and stumpy here :(

So not my fault.. i'm the same size i was in high school and college.. only back then i wore a 5. WTF?
Again, I am in the average category. Usually pants are the right length. I like my pants a little on the longer side, so sometimes I'll look for a tall, but not usually. I'm 5'7ish.
I'm pretty tall...5'9" and some pants aren't long ENOUGH for me! But I usually just go with a "L" or "tall."
