Friends? Is it a status thing, like on Facebook? My sons girlfriend has over 700 friends on FB - she doesn't even know that many people! It just seems weird to me....

Or does a JL friend mean something else?

On the JL board, I think it was 2 boards ago, if you added someone to your friends list, it bolded their name on the "who's online" list so you could easily see if your friends were online. I dont know what it does on this board. I havent messed with it.

Well it seems to me that there are several middle aged women on here who prefer to behave like they are part of a 12 year old clique beating up younger innocent people who share their opinions, so it is not suprising that there is a friend feature too. Must be a cyberspace status symbol or something....Bahahaha!
