We have six mares due, all within about six weeks. Right now we have Misty and Kharrie under the camera, as their udders are biger than a softball. Spent all night the last week watching them eat and sleep. Didn't have Flash on camera, as her udder wasn't nearly as big and last year she waxed so much she had "icycles" hanging down the day she foaled.

Came out to feed this morning and Flash had foaled. Little bay colt. Poor little guy never got out of the sac- he suffocated. She is distraught but not frantic. She'll be OK.

Godspeed, little one. I am SO sorry....
