OK - the guilt group, er, I mean, Just Losers group is back! Yay!

Well, I have managed to lose the 5 lbs of holiday bloat I put on...now the real work begins...I want to lose 10-15 lbs. The sooner the better. I've really started cutting back my calories and am trying to cut out all the crap. Now that the weather is better (and someone has a new gentle harness) we can start walking the dogs again. And I am going to try to get myself down to our gym. I think I tried to push myself too hard last time and burned myself out.

So my goal for this week is 2 times on the treadmill and 2 times weight training. Abs 3 times this week. Just to get back into the swing of things.

Also - wine only twice this week. And no dessert when we go out to dinner.
