Apparently she was picked up by the county as a stray and never claimed. She appeared to be in good health and had a great temperment. Not sure where it came from, but they named her Andora. A local rescue bailed her out and saved her from impending euthanasia. She's been in a foster home since last month. I saw her listed on Pet Finder and fell in love with herdroopy, slobbery face. Ron & I tried to think of another "S" name and she became Sunny.
Last night was a little crazy. Sunny seems to be a bit of a bully. She stands in front of Sawyer almost as if just to piss him off. lol He's starting to submit to her, which we didn't expect. Sammy is just Sammy. She couldn't care less who or what we bring in the house as long as it doesn't interfere with her feeding times or naps. lol I left the 3 of them uncrated today and now I'm worried about what the house might look like when I get home. Please say a little prayer for us all.
I read her story and knew we had to have her. I've wanted a Bloodhand since...forever! We brought her home tonight, and so far things are good. All 3 are in separate corners after all the sniffing, grumbling and scuffling. I think we're all going to live in harmony eventually. lol
