I took Abbey and Sasha (my parents' dog) to the dog park today. The weather was a bit hot and humid for my liking, but it was partially overcast with a nice breeze so it was tolerable.

Abbey is zonked out next to me.. but she had a blast!!!

Exactly. Sasha isn't a swimmer (not yet at least!) and this was Abbey's first day of BIG swimming.. Sasha just sat at the dock and waited for Abbey to come so she could steal it.. haha.

Abbey swam a little bit about a month ago at Soldan's, only to just over when she could touch, then would come back.. but she went RIGHT into the water and started swimming. Then she would jump off the ramp that goes into the water from the dock and swim out pretty far. She reallllly likes it now, but the past 2 summers she wasn't really interested. Ever since she turned 2, some thing clicked and now she loves it!

Yep, that is the dog park in Lake Orion. I loooove it!

Nope. Completely different. We're pretty sure Sasha is 100% Pit Bull, and when Abbey is next to her, I definitely think that Abbey could be Lab/Pit Bull.. who knows!
