Worst part is, it doesn't even have to be the home you are living in. A house across the street could effect you! :eek:

It is a sad situation. I don't understand how stuff like this does not fall under EPA jurisdiction...where they'd either force a clean up by someone! or mark the properties as hazardous areas and block it off.

Seems like it is much more acute and long term and even fatal at times of a reaction to a contaminated area than say PCBs in the Hudson...(not to open a can of worms or anything)
