You put in your start weight and it calculates how many calories you should eat to lose 2lbs each week. There are goals you can set for yourself. One of mine is not to drink pop. So every day, I check that off. I need to be held accountable to someone or something and this seems to really be helping me. I will admit, I didn't track my food that great on the weekend as I wasn't feeling very well and didn't get online much. But I've really cut back on my snacking, which is a big thing for me.
