I have so many comments on that. To keep it quick....ALL sporting events need to keep people far and protected from the playing ground.

I thought about that later; where was security? The first line of defense is the parent, but, to protect the school from lawsuits, where was the guard in charge of keeping the sidelines clear of spectators?

I keep thinking about how hard that poor child was hit... the receiver must've felt awful even though it wasn't his fault.

The article said it was a deep cut. Depending on where the cut was, he might have had plastic surgery to minimize scarring or something along those lines. You can see his head bleeding in the video.
