Aggression is what she'd be showing if she bit you.
What she's showing is dominance.
Question - When she growls/snaps, what do you do?
I disagree that she's showing "dominance", a lot of dogs need to be conditioned to having their collar grabbed, many don't like it and won't be shy about saying so. Start slow (maybe petting her around collar-area) and giving her lots of great treats, work up to gentle tugging on her collar paired with treats, and so on.
In the interim, it would probably be safer if you had her wear a short leash in case you need to redirect her.

Double ditto. Nothing to do with 'dominance' at all.what kate said.
