    Defaultfrontline

Does anyone know for sure if dogs can go swimming after applying frontline? I know it says waterproof but I thought my vet said to wait a day or two.

I would wait a day or two for the Frontline to be dispersed through the natural oils of my dog's coat.

Are you folks fond of Frontline?

We take our lab out a lot and I have pulled ticks off him. We were thinking of start him on it.

I give Frontline Plus. We walk daily in a wooded area and Puff's never had a tick on her; but I've gotten them on me.

Thanks for the info, I waited, they weren't happy! I treated them because I thought it was going to rain and we would be inside, turns out it was HOT,HOT,HOT and humid. We have a pool plus there is a creek or some type of water just about every three blocks that I usually let them take a dip in on our walks. Poor things just had to suck it up and hang out in the airconditioning for the day. I like the frontline. Never any problems with fleas or ticks. We also do allot of wooded walks and spend time at local lakes.
