Just curious, other than Frontline, and Heartgard, along with good food, are there any other supplements I should be giving Zora that would be beneficial to prevent future health problems?

Probably not along the lines you were thinking of but good dental health starts early so brushing teeth and marrow bones (but you have to be careful with those marrow bones that they don't get stomach upset from too much marrow)
Supplements are NOT preventatives. While glucosamin/chondrotin are good to give to large dogs after about 6 months, they won't PREVENT anything.
Preventing tooth decay and gum disease by daily brushing or by weekly marrow (or knuckle bones as we use) is VERY worthwhile.
We also use a daily G&C supplement and fish oil cap (Omega 3), both Kirkland (sold at COSTCO). I had a previous Lab who lived to be almost 14 years old but her last year she had arthritis bad and I'm hoping that daily G&C does act as a preventative for that kind of joint problem. And the Omega 3 will help with a healthy heart.

I don't supplement with anything and my dogs are perfectly healthy. Unless your dog has some kind of issue (ie; joint problems) I don't believe you "have" to supplement providing you are feeding a high quality diet.
The best thing you can do for your dog is feed her well, keep her lean and give her plenty of exercise.
