Jessie will grab a mouthful of food and walk the house with it dropping all the way. How do I get her to sit and eat and stop this habit? TIA

Feed her in her crate. If she doesn't eat it all in 20 minutes take the food away. After a couple of days she should improve.

or puppygate her to the kitchen or anyplace for meals that has a hard floor that's easy to sweep.

I have simular advice. If she is a dog with no health issues, you can put her food down, and if she walks away, pick up the dish until the next meal. She will, in short order, figure out that she had best stick around and finish eating before wandering off.
