how long have you had the lab
what have you tried to stop
how much and what type of exercise does she get daily
have you done any training with her

My first bit of advice woudl be to enroll in some obedience classes or get a trainer to come to your home ASAP.

I would suggest to immediately find a professional trainer to help you. Obviously this is getting out of hand.

I suspect a very sassy teenager who is seriously underexercised. Get this dog out for some strenuous exercise and you will probably see a much less pushy dog. I do agree that some training classes/obedience/one on one training sessions are in order.
