    Defaultrandom peeing?

Hi, I have a problem which I don't understand and thought I'd ask whether it seems odd.

Chester, who has been phenomenal about being housebroken has had two "accidents" in the house recently. Both times the door was open, and he had run outside, only to come back in and then proceed to pee on the adult dogs' bed. The first time we thought it might have been accidental but today it didn't seem so random. Both times he was very excited.

Why would he pee inside, when he'd been so good about going outside? And why on the dog bed? Chester is 16 weeks old.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

DD has a cockapoo that would pee anytime he got excited to see someone. He was over 18 months old before that stopped.
Hershey Kisses, In charge of getting Ed out to the dog park so that he gets some exercise.
