We were having trouble while walking Tobey. He pulls and gets stubborn. A friend of mine recommended the Gentle Leader. WHAT A DIFFERENCE... No more pulling, he walks so well! Just a warning though - getting it fitted can be a struggle, but it is sooo worth it!

    I love that thing!

I MUCH prefer the Easy Walk version of the GL -- and so does Puff.
Puff [YF, AKC field line (from competing HT/FT breeder) 62 lbs, dob: 8-'01]

Bess [BF, AKC bench line (from competing show breeder) 55 lbs., 1967-1981] "Poor Bess, the Wonder Dog":

I used a Gentle Leader head halter for one of my dogs verry successfully. She was a power puller AND was sharp shy and very difficult with other dogs on a walk. Really worked for her. But - you need to make sure that you use this as a training tool and not a forever walking collar.

I couldnt agree more, such tools are for training and not for life

And there are better ways of stopping youre dog pulling on the leash like a train ...
